An acquaintance of my brother's recently opened a new shop off of South St. She asked if she could hi-light my hair for practice . Since I was on maternity leave and the money was tight I agreed to let her do it. Well, it turned out to be a disaster! I normally see Janet at your salon but when I called for an appointment they said that Janet had left. I was so upset because Janet was an excellent colorist and she always did my hair so nice. I asked for an appointment with someone who was experienced with color. I was referred to Diana. Well, Diana saved my hair!!!! She explained how she was going to correct the mistakes that were made before she even touched my hair. I love my new color and cut(my husband does too!). I was sad to hear that Janet left but I am thankful that Diana was there to fix my hair. She is also very down to earth and made the whole experience great. WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!

After searching for five yrs. for a great beauty salon that was willing to give great service not just take hair and money, I was referred to Beauty Worx. It couldn't have come at a better time. Four days before we were in a wedding.

I walked into the salon with my usual attitude....I hope it doesn't get screwed up too bad and walked out with a new permanent hair dresser who talked to me about styles for fifteen minutes before even starting my haircut. A stylist who was willing to help me figure out what I wanted and how to do it. After bringing others back, friends and family I realize it was not just the stylist that was awesome it is the entire shop.

Thank you for giving me and others one less stress to deal with (my hair every day)and for supplying a family type, friendly service that is extremely rare today.

Thank You for your interest in Beautyworx. If you glance through the hair galleries you will find many young woman with the same texture You can where it big or redefine the shape of your curl with rollers or blow-dry it first for a more sleek look. Although Natural hair is in right now when styling for a special occasion. Consider adding hair accessories. Most of all have some fun with it!
